All eyes are on Antwerp. The World Gymnastics Championshipsare here, and it could get interesting.

The United States took home the gold in the women's team final for the second straight year. It finished first in qualifying with a score over five points more than the second-place finisher. Great Britain and China will bring the pressure with hit routines.

With her return to international competition, Simone Biles is poised to claim her sixth all-around title at Worlds, the most in women's gymnastics history. Although she's made a statement return already, last year's medalists can sneak up quickly. Brazil's Rebeca Andrade, American Shilese Jones and Great Britain's Jessica Gadirova finished on top of the podium in 2022 and finished behind Biles in the qualifying competition with only four-tenths separating their scores. It's anybody's game.

Now, are you a fan of the vault? Biles may be your favorite then. During qualifications, she not only competed a Yurchenko double pike, but landed it. The skill is now named the "Biles II" and is the fifth skill to be named after her. We'll be witnessing more history if she competes the vault during team finals, all-around finals and vault finals.

If uneven bars is your favorite event, keep an eye out for Algeria's Kaylia Nemour. At only 16 years old, she already has a skill named after her, the inbar Nabieva, which she competed at the African Championships. She has it all from difficulty to form and will be a top contender for the individual bars title.

Like watching flips and leaps on a four-inch wide piece of wood? That's no problem for China. Zhou Yaqin and Zhang Qingying will compete for an individual beam title, but China as a whole are mesmerizing to watch on the beam – there's no mistaking their graceful routines. This event is where China can make a break for the gold medal, as it had the highest beam score during team qualifications.

Ahh, the floor, everyone's go-to event. Aside from Biles' power tumbling, Gadirova is the gymnast to watch. Her consistency is why she's one of the best to represent Great Britain. With a huge 14.4 from qualifiers, floor is where Gadirova can make the biggest difference for Team GB and for herself.

No matter who wins, this competition will be something to watch and quite an indicator for what we can expect in next year's Olympics.
