The NASCAR Cup Series postseason is heating up, with Ryan Blaney's win at Talladega further muddying the waters just before the playoff field shrinks from 12 drivers to eight.

LIVE: Updates, highlights from NASCAR Bank of America Roval 400

It's the unpredictability that kills you. And with the Cup Series headed to the road for one last time at the Charlotte Roval, unpredictability should prove omnipresent.

Tyler Reddick, Denny Hamlin and Christopher Bell are among those most likely to capture the checkered flag; all three have earned the rightful title of road course enthusiasts.

Still, it's anyone's ballgame. A missed turn, a late entry or exit off pit road or even a fiery wreck could put another wrench in someone's playoff hopes.
