The Eagles' second Christmas album hasn't been released in full yet, but one of its main singles has already established itself as one of the holiday season's most popular songs.
It's easy to understand why. It's all about Kelce-mania.
The Kelce brothers — Eagles center Jason and Chiefs tight end Travis — have received a lot of attention over the last calendar year for a multitude of reasons. It started when the two played against one another in Super Bowl 57. They were the first brothers ever to face one another on the NFL's biggest stage.
From there, the fame around the Kelces only grew, especially since Travis started dating Taylor Swift. Without a doubt, Swift's profile has helped the Kelce brothers' song reach heights beyond the duo's "New Heights" podcast listeners.

But just how much support has the song received? Here's what to know about it as it continues its steady rise up the Billboard charts.

For those wondering, the Kelce brothers' Christmas song is entitled "Fairytale in Philadelphia." It is a parody of a song by The Pogues from 1987 called, "Fairytale in New York."
Naturally, the brothers switched up the lyrics to center the song on the city of Philadelphia rather than New York. As Travis explained on the "New Heights" podcast in late October, both players were looking forward to releasing it.
"That song was fun," he said. "That song was actually pretty sweet, man. I enjoyed doing it. The guys, the team, came out and hung out with me in Kansas City for a few hours and we knocked it out."
Of course, the veteran tight end acknowledged that while he's pleased with how the song came out, he knows it isn't that good.
"(I'm) not saying it was good by any means," Travis explained. "I'm just saying they made it sound extremely better than what I felt like I left that studio thinking. I was like, 'They're gonna not use this at all; I don't know.'"

But based on how quickly it has climbed the charts, fans appear to be on board with the latest Eagles album track. It's either that or maybe, perhaps, the Swifties are just trying to show their support for their idol's new beau.

Whatever the reason for the song's success, "Fairytale in Philadelphia" has been a chart-topper.
Billboard reported on Wednesday that the track had reached No. 1 on the Rock Digital Song Sales tally for the week of Dec. 2. It has also reached several other milestones:
- From Nov. 15-23, the "Fairytale in Philadelphia" had been downloaded more than 11,000 times.
- The song was streamed 1.1 million times from Nov. 17-23.
- It landed "No. 1 on the first Holiday Digital Song Sales chart."
- It ranks 43rd overall on the multi-metric Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart.
All told, those are impressive totals, especially considering that this is the first time the brothers have released a song together. Each expressed his gratitude to Swift's fans recently on the podcast for helping make that happen.
"We owe a big thanks to one group in particular besides the 92 percenters," Jason said, with the 92 percenters referencing those watching the show. "And that's the Swifties. 'Cause the Swifties came out. I sent out one tweet when it got to eight, and I got, like, 85 tweets from Swifties across the world saying, 'Oh, you think eight's good? We're taking this to #1!' And they did. It's a powerful group."
"One thousand percent," Travis concurred. "Thanks, Taylor. Appreciate you. And thank you to the Swifties."

Of course, Swift is still beating the Kelces with her latest Billboard rankings. At present, she ranks at No. 1 atop Billboard's Top 100 Artists chart while her album "1989 (Taylor's Version)" is currently No. 2 on the Billboard 200.
Swift also ranks No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 with her single "Cruel Summer." The song previously had ranked No. 1 overall but recently was bumped out of the top spot by Jack Harlow's "Lovin On Me."
So, while the Kelces are making at least a little headway with their first hit, Swift remains the queen of pop and the most popular entertainer in the world.
